Do I need to be a Christian to work at theCross?
As a religious organization, we make hiring and employment decisions in alignment with our religious beliefs. All employees at theCross must be a Christian, and as such, must consistently seek to live by biblical standards and agree to demonstrate unity within the church with a humble and teachable spirit. We also ask for alignment with our beliefs.
Do I need to make theCross my church home?
We hope and expect each staff member is excited about what God is doing through theCross. We ask our employees to commit to partner with theCross by attending theCross consistently, serving in a ministry at theCross, and tithing.
I've submitted my application, now what?
Every applicant receives a response via email, regardless of whether they’re offered a position. We personally review each resume/application, so it could take some time to hear back. We do our best to have timely responses at each stage in the process.
